Description
Breztri Aerosphere metered-dose inhaler is a combination medicine used for long-term maintenance treatment in adults with moderate to severe Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It helps open the airways, making breathing easier, and reduces symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. The medication also helps prevent exacerbations of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), particularly when other inhalers are insufficient.
Budesonide is a corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation, swelling, and mucus, thereby improving airflow and decreasing COPD exacerbations. Glycopyrronium, a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA), relaxes airway smooth muscle and maintains airway patency, thereby improving breathing and lung function. Formoterol, a long-acting beta2-agonist (LABA), relaxes airway smooth muscle, improves airflow, reduces wheezing and shortness of breath, and facilitates daily activities.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
