Bilasure 20 tablet is an anti-allergy medicine containing bilastine as its active ingredient. It is used in relieving symptoms of allergy like sneezing, runny nose, blocked or stuffy nose, red or teary eyes, etc. Bilasure 20 tablet should be used under medical prescription and for the duration, it is prescribed. It should be taken on an empty stomach.
