It helps relieve rashes, redness, itching, swelling and burning. Betnovate-N contains betamethasone and neomycin as their active ingredient.
This cream is a combination of steroids and antibiotics. Betamethasone is a steroid and neomycin is an antibiotic. Neomycin helps to reduce skin infections caused by bacteria and fungi. It is present in this cream that helps to reduce redness and inflammation of the skin.
