• Benfomet Forte tablet contains benfotiamine, alpha-lipoic acid, myo-inositol, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), vitamin B9 (folic acid) and chromium and selenium.

• Alpha-lipoic acid - It is an antioxidant that helps in reducing the hyperglycemia-induced cell death of nerves. It can also reduce pain, abnormal sensation and numbness associated with diabetic neuropathy.
• Myo-inositol - It helps in the healthy functioning of body cells.
• Vitamin B12 (also called Methylcobalamin) - It helps in the formation of nerve cells and the regeneration of damaged nerves in the brain. Apart from this it also plays an important role in red blood cell formation and DNA synthesis.
