Contraindications of Atm Lx Tablets

  • You start having severe, persistent, and/or bloody diarrhoea during or after treatment with Atm Lx Tablet.
  • You are going to be exposed to strong sunlight for long durations.

Mode of Action of Atm Lx Tablets

How Does It Work?

  • Atm Lx Tablet contains a combination of azithromycin and levofloxacin as active substances.
  • Azithromycin prevents the protein synthesis in the bacteria which kills or inhibits the growth of infection-causing bacteria.
  • Levofloxacin prevents bacteria from producing certain chemicals that are essential for bacterial growth and reproduction. This results in the death of the bacteria that cause infection.

Directions for Use of Atm Lx Tablets

  • Take Atm Lx Tablet as a whole with sufficient water.
  • Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
  • Do not cut, break, or chew the medicine.
  • Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
  • Do not discontinue the medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.
