Medical Description

Arwin Forte capsule is used to manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), a chronic condition that induces inflammation of the large intestines. Relieving the unwanted effects of this condition, such as abdominal pain, abdominal muscle spasms, and flatulence is the main use of Arwin Forte capsules. It is also useful for lowering anxiety, often seen in persons with this condition, and inducing feelings of calmness. This medicine treats abdominal spasms and cramps associated with other conditions like peptic ulcers, diarrhoea, enterocolitis, constipation, etc. The active ingredients in Arwin Forte capsules are Chlordiazepoxide, Clidinium and Dicyclomine. The mode of action of Arwin Forte capsules is to manage the activity of specific chemical substances in the body that lessens the overactivity of excited nerves. It provides ease from stomach discomfort, facilitates easy gas passing, and relieves bloating. It also controls intestinal spasms. Mode of Action

How Does It Work?

Arwin Forte capsules contain chlordiazepoxide, clidinium, and dicycloverine as their three main ingredients. Chlordiazepoxide belongs to the benzodiazepine class of medication. It raises the activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), which is a chemical messenger. GABA decreases the extreme activity of nerve cells in the brain. It blocks the release of excess stomach acids and reduces the anxiety associated with this disease. Clidinium and Dicycloverine/Dicyclomine are both antispasmodic medicines. They inhibit the action of acetylcholine, a natural substance in the body. They help soothe and calm the intestinal muscles, which helps ease stomach pain and cramps.
