Uses
- Aprezo 30 mg tablet is used to treat psoriatic arthritis (It is a type of arthritis that affects some people who have psoriasis, symptoms include red patches and scaly skin).
- It is also useful in treating moderate to severe skin conditions (chronic plaque psoriasis).
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to apremilast or any other ingredient of Aprezo 30 mg tablet.
- If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

- You are underweight.

- You feel any changes in behaviour or mood, sleeplessness, or depressive mood.
- Aprezo 30 mg tablet is not recommended for patients below the age of 17 years

Interactions with other medicines
- Aprezo 30 mg tablet is not recommended with medicines such as rifampicin to treat tuberculosis, phenytoin, phenobarbital and carbamazepine to treat fits or epilepsy, St John’s Wort herbal medicine for psychiatric illness.
- Some medicines can affect the way Aprezo 30 tablet works or Aprezo 30 itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction.
