Amobet Cream contains amorolfine, an antifungal medicine used to treat a variety of fungal infections that affect the skin and nails. Amobet Cream works by acting on the cell membrane of the fungus a

nd alters its structure resulting in the destruction of the cell wall and the death of the fungus. You should not use this cream if you are allergic to Amorolfine. Can I use Amobet Cream during pregnancy?

Amobet Cream should not be used in pregnancy unless clearly necessary. This cream is to be applied on topical surfaces and the quantities which might get absorbed from the skin is too little and there are rare chances of absorption. Still, this medicine should be used under medical supervision by a pregnant woman.

Breast Feeding

Can I use Amobet Cream while breastfeeding?

Limited information is available on the use of Amobet Cream in breastfeeding. It should not be applied to the breast of breastfeeding mothers or elsewhere on large areas of skin or for a prolonged period of time.

Driving

Can I drive if I have applied Amobet Cream?

How Does It Work?

Amorolfine present in Amobet Cream acts on the cell membrane of the fungus and alters its structure resulting in the destruction of the cell wall and the death of the fungus.

Directions for Use

Use Amobet Cream as directed by your doctor.
For external use only, apply it on a healthy skin surface free from cuts and wounds.
Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated.
In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.

Storage and disposal

As Amobet Cream is meant for external application cases of overdose is unlikely. However, upon accidental ingestion contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
If you have applied extra quantities of it wipe out the excess of the medicine with tissue or cotton.
