Amitrip 25 MG Description

Amitrip 25mg Tablet is used in the treatments of conditions such as depression, migraine, neuropathic pain (pain that is caused by damage of nerve cells), etc. It belongs to the class of tricyclic a

ntidepressants (TCA). The main component in this medicine is amitriptyline. In some cases, it is prescribed to prevent the symptoms associated with these diseases. Some of the common side effects include vomiting, nausea, impaired memories, and low sexual desires. If the side effects worsen or persist for a longer time, patients should consult their doctor. In most cases, the side effects are very temporary and mild. Do not take an overdose or skip any dose during the ongoing treatment. Amitrip 25mg Tablet should be taken every day at the same time. Since this medicine causes sleepiness and induces drowsiness, it is advised to take this medicine at night time before sleep. It is a prescription medicine and should never be taken without consultation with the doctor.
