Alex L Syrup contains Levocloperastine as its active ingredient. It is a cold cough preparation belonging to the antitussive class of medicine. It is used to treat non-productive coughs, also known a
s dry cough without sputum. Alex L Syrup suppresses the cough by reducing the activity of the cough centre in the brain. It should not be used for children below 8 years of age and pregnant women. Always shake the bottle well before consuming. Inform your doctor if you are on any other medicines or have medical conditions.
