- If you are allergic to aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, oxetacaine, simethicone, or any other ingredient of 7-LA sugar-free suspension.
- If you have any problems with your kidney.
- If you have severe stomach pain or constipation.
- If you are one an antibiotic medicine containing any form of tetracycline.
