• If you are allergic to miconazole, mometasone, nadifloxacin, or any other ingredient of 3 Mix cream.
• If you have untreated viral skin infections such as herpes simplex, chickenpox, or shingles.
• If you have skin tuberculosis or syphilitic skin lesions, unless specifically advised by your doctor.
• If you have acne, rosacea, or perioral dermatitis, steroid-containing creams can worsen these conditions.
• If you have open wounds, broken skin, or ulcers at the application site, unless your doctor tells you to.
• If your doctor has advised you to avoid topical steroid medicines due to a medical condition.

• Burning sensation at the application site
• Itching or irritation
• Redness of the skin
• Dryness or peeling of skin
• Mild skin rash or discomfort

Other General Warnings

• You have a history of allergy to antifungal, antibiotic, or steroid medicines.
• You have sensitive skin or have previously experienced skin thinning or irritation with topical creams.
• You are using other prescription or non-prescription skin products on the same area.
• You notice worsening redness, swelling, pus, or signs of a new infection after using this medicine.
• You need to use the medicine for longer than the duration advised by your doctor.
• You are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
• You are applying the medicine to large areas of skin or under occlusive dressings.
• You are using the medicine on the face, groin, or armpits, as these areas are more sensitive.

• Use 3 Mix cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Clean the affected area with soap and water and dry it well before application.
• Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently rub it in.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and nose. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with cold water.

• Store 3 Mix cream at room temperature, away from heat and direct sunlight.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date and dispose of unused medicine as advised by your pharmacist.

• Use 3 Mix cream only on clean and dry skin
• Apply a thin layer as advised; using more will not speed up healing
• Wash your hands before and after applying the medicine
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, nose, and broken skin
• Do not cover the treated area with tight bandages unless your doctor advises
• Use the medicine for the full prescribed duration, even if symptoms improve
• Stop using and consult your doctor if severe irritation or worsening occurs
• Keep the medicine out of reach of children
