Common side effects of this drug are:

  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Feeling very tired, sleepy or difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
  • Fast heartbeats, which you can feel

  • Stomach problems – pain, feeling sick, loss of appetite, indigestion, diarrhea or loose motions
