How Does It Work?
Dimenhydrinate works as an antiemetic, anti-motion sickness and anti-vertigo medicine. It acts by blocking certain chemical messengers, suppresses certain centres of the brain, cures middle ear imbalances that are responsible to cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness and vertigo.

- Ototoxic medicines such as Gentamicin, Streptomycin, Neomycin, Aspirin (in large doses), Ibuprofen, Naproxen, etc.
- Tricyclic antihistaminic such as Promethazine
