Medical Description
Xeroflam-S tablet is a combination medicine used for short-term relief of pain, swelling and fever, including selected muscle, joint, dental and menstrual pain. It contains diclofenac, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, paracetamol, which reduces pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that may help reduce swelling in inflamed tissues. Diclofenac reduces body chemicals involved in pain and inflammation, while the other ingredients add fever relief and support for swelling. Swallow Xeroflam-S tablet whole with water, preferably after food, and use it only for the period prescribed.
