- Giving Welhart Capsule with theophylline may increase its urine level
- Medications like cimetidine, fluvoxamine, propafenone, rifampin, anti-seizure medicines (such as phenytoin, phenobarbital) can affect the removal of mexiletine from your body, which may affect how mexiletine works
