Vinsorin M Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication that contains vildagliptin and metformin as active ingredients. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and vildagliptin or

metformin alone are not effective. Avoid using this medication if you are allergic to it or have type 1 diabetes. Take this medication in the correct dose and for the exact duration as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid missing a dose or taking more than prescribed. Vinsorin M should not be used by children under 18 years of age. Uses of Vinsorin M Strip Of 10 Tablets

Vinsorin M Tablet is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when vildagliptin or metformin alone, along with diet and exercise, are ineffective in controlling blood sugar.

Contraindications of Vinsorin M Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to vildagliptin, metformin, or other ingredients of Vinsorin M.
If you have uncontrolled diabetes accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rapid weight loss, or lactic acidosis (symptoms include stomach pain, rapid breathing, and sleepiness).
If you are in a diabetic coma due to a sudden rise or fall in blood sugar levels.
If you are an alcoholic or regularly consume alcohol in excess.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition such as kidney or liver disorder, heart disease, or type 1 diabetes.
If you have an infection or dehydration.
If you are undergoing surgery or experiencing stress.
If you are breastfeeding.

Can I drive after consuming Vinsorin M Tablet?

Vinsorin M Tablet is known to cause low blood sugar levels, which impairs the driving ability. Always keep sugar, juice or a bar of chocolate in the car while driving. In case you experience the symptoms of low blood glucose levels like dizziness, drowsiness, vision disturbances and sweating, stop driving and have sugar/ juice. Avoid consuming sugar-free at such episodes.
