Vinglyn M Tablet is a medicine used to manage type 2 diabetes, a condition where your body cannot properly use insulin. It contains two active ingredients, vildagliptin and metformin, that work together to control blood sugar levels. Vildagliptin helps your body produce more insulin when needed, while metformin lowers sugar production in the liver and improves your body’s response to insulin.

- If you are allergic to vildagliptin, metformin, or other ingredients of Vinglyn M.
- If you have uncontrolled diabetes accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rapid weight loss, or lactic acidosis (symptoms include stomach pain, rapid breathing, and sleepiness).
- If you are in a diabetic coma due to a sudden rise or fall in blood sugar levels.
- If you are an alcoholic or regularly consume alcohol in excess.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition such as kidney or liver disorder, heart disease, or type 1 diabetes.
- If you have an infection or dehydration.
- If you are undergoing surgery or experiencing stress.
- If you are breastfeeding.
