Viloprl Trio dpicaps is an inhaled combination medicine used for regular maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in adults. It contains fluticasone furoate, an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation, umeclidinium, which relaxes airway muscles, and vilanterol, a long-acting airway-opening medicine. Together they help keep the airways open and reduce ongoing breathing symptoms, but they are not a quick-relief treatment for a sudden breathing attack. The powder is breathed in through the prescribed inhaler, and the inhalation capsule must not be swallowed.
