Vectibix 100Mg Vial Of 5Ml Solution For Infusion

• Vectibix 100 mg Solution for Infusion should not be used if you've ever had a severe or life-threatening allergic reaction to it or any of its components. It's also contraindicated if you have interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis.
• Vectibix should not be used in combination with oxaliplatin-containing chemotherapy if you have mutant RAS mCRC or if the RAS status of your mCRC is unclear.

Other General Warnings

• You experience any skin reactions, even if mild, and significantly if they worsen or show signs of infection (redness spreading, pus, fever).
• You develop any breathing problems, such as shortness of breath, wheezing, or coughing.
• You notice signs of an infusion reaction during or after the infusion, such as rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or faintness.
• You have severe diarrhea.
• You experience any eye problems, such as eye pain, redness, blurred vision, increased tearing, or sensitivity to light.
• You have any other unusual or concerning symptoms.
• You are taking any other medications, including over-the-counter drugs and herbal supplements, as drug interactions are possible.
• You have a history of interstitial pneumonitis or pulmonary fibrosis.
• You have a history of keratitis, ulcerative keratitis, or severe dry eye.
• You wear contact lenses.
• You are pregnant, plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
• You are unsure about your RAS mutational status.
• You are on a sodium-restricted diet.

• Store in a refrigerator (2° C – 8° C).
• Do not freeze.
• Store it in the original carton to protect it from light.
