- Glaucoma: If you have a glaucoma history, you should use Tryl 10 mg Tab 10'S with caution as this medicine may increase your eye pressure

- While taking a tricyclic antidepressant such as Tryl 10mg Tab 10'S and anticonvulsants medicines together may occur revert actions like Palpitations, dizziness, tremors, or excessive sweating can cause heart complications, so you should not take them together.
- Anti-anxiety like lorazepam and tricyclic antidepressant such as Tryl 10mg Tab 10'S medicine should not use in combination as they may cause adverse effects on your heart.
- Opioid analgesics in combination with a tricyclic antidepressant such as Tryl 10mg Tab 10'S can reverse the effect of Opioid analgesics, so they cannot be used together.
Interactions with food items
- Several antidepressants interact with caffeine, leading to medication-related or caffeine-related side effects that may complicate an antidepressant's treatment. Therefore, avoiding caffeine is advised.
