Uses
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to Amlodipine, Indapamide, Perindopril or any other ingredients of this medicine.
- If you have very low blood pressure.
- If there is an obstruction in the outflow of blood from the heart to other parts of the body.
- If your heart is unable to pump enough blood to other parts of the body.
- If you have unstable blood pressure due to a heart attack.
- If you have a history of swelling of lips, face, tongue etc due to other medicines from the ACE inhibitor group of medicine.
- If you have a recurrent episode of swelling of lips, face, tongue etc due to genetic cause.
- If you are taking this medicine with aliskiren medicine and you have diabetes or kidney disease.
- If you are taking this medicine with sacubitril medicine or valsartan medicine.
- If you are undergoing treatment to remove toxins from the blood called extracorporeal treatment.
- If you have narrowing of arteries of both kidneys or artery of a single functional kidney.
- If you have severe kidney disease or severe liver disease.
- If you have a brain problem due to severe liver disease.
- If your doctor has told you that you have a low blood potassium level.
- If you are pregnant and taking this medicine in the second and third trimester.
- If you are a lactating mother.

How Does It Work?
- Amlodipine works by dilatation of peripheral blood vessels resulting in decreased workload on the heart and increased blood supply to the heart by dilatation of blood vessels that supply blood to the heart.
- Indapamide works by excretion of sodium and water through urine and increases urine output.
- Perindopril works by dilatation of blood vessels resulting in decreased workload on the heart.
