Trika 0.5mg is a prescription medicine. Trika 0.5mg is used to manage anxiety and panic disorders. Trika 0.5mg tablets reduce the feelings of worry and nervousness in patients with anxiety. It furthe

r produces a feeling of calmness and induces sleep. Trika 0.5mg tablets should be taken as recommended by your doctor. Trika 0.5mg tablets contain Alprazolam as the active ingredient, which lowers the activity of the nervous system. The combined use of Trika 0.5mg with other medicines that depress the nervous system (Benzodiazepines and Opioids) is not recommended as that may lead to severe side effects. Alprazolam, like other Benzodiazepines, can produce dependence. Suddenly stopping or lowering the intake of Trika 0.5mg tablets can cause withdrawal symptoms.

If you are allergic to Alprazolam or other ingredients in the Trika 0.5mg tablets.
If you are taking antifungal medicines (ketoconazole or itraconazole) by mouth.
If you are taking CNS depressant medicines like benzodiazepines or opioids.
If you have severe liver disease.
If you have sleep apnea.
If you have severe lung disease.

Directions for Use of Trika 0.5 MG

Take the tablet as advised by the doctor.
Keep the timing and the dosage of the medicine as is recommended in the prescription.
Take the tablet as a whole without splitting or crushing, and swallow it with water.
Take the tablet out of the strip at the time of having it.
Check the expiry date on the strip of tablets before starting the course of medication.
The interval between the two doses of Trika should be as advised.
