Description

TorSinol 20mg Tablet is a medicine that helps to remove extra fluid from your body. It contains torasemide, which belongs to a group of medicines called diuretics or “water pills.” This medicine helps reduce swelling in the legs, ankles, or other parts of the body that may occur due to heart, kidney, or liver problems. It also helps control high blood pressure by removing excess salt and water from the body.

You should take TorSinol 20mg Tablet exactly as advised by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, preferably at the same time each day. It can be taken with or without food, but try to take it in the morning to reduce nighttime urination.

Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor, even if you start feeling better. Stopping it abruptly may worsen your condition or cause a sudden rise in blood pressure.

Before starting TorSinol 20mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or prostate problems or if you are taking any other medicines. Your doctor may also check your blood pressure and electrolyte levels regularly to make sure the medicine is working safely for you.

If you notice symptoms like dizziness, dehydration, muscle cramps, or an irregular heartbeat, let your doctor know immediately, as these may be signs of a fluid or salt imbalance caused by the medicine.
