Interactions with other medicines

  • Co-administration of ACE-inhibitors with this tablet may increase the risk of angioedema in patients
  • Thiazides or corticosteroids, when then with oral antidiabetic medicinal products, may reduce the hypoglycaemic effect of vildagliptin
  • Co-administration with ketoconazole, increases the area under curve of remogliflozin and prolongs the t1/2 by approximately 1hr
  • The efficacy of the oral estradiol contraceptive pill is reduced when taken with remogliflozin
