  • Co-administration of morphine and ticagrelor reduces the ticagrelor exposure
  • Co-administration of atorvastatin and ticagrelor increases the area under curve and Cmax for atorvastatin
  • An increase in mean digoxin levels was observed when given with ticagrelor
  • Co-administration of ticagrelor with other oral contraceptives increases ethinyl estradiol exposure by 20%
  • Concomitant administration of ticagrelor and medicinal products may induce bradycardia
