Tfct Nib 5 MG Description
The TFCT NIB tablet is a medication used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, an inflammatory disease that mainly causes pain and swelling in the joints. The active ingredient of this tablet is tofacitinib. By reducing the discomfort, pain, and swelling of your joints, TFCT NIB tablet improves your ability to perform daily tasks. It is important to take this medicine in the same dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. For maximum benefits, take a TFCT NIB tablet at the same time every day. If you have a severe infection, or liver problems, are allergic to tofacitinib, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is important to inform your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine even if you start feeling better without consulting your doctor.

Contraindications of Tfct Nib 5 MG
- If you are allergic to tofacitinib or any other ingredient of the Tfct-Nib tablet.
- If you have tuberculosis (TB), serious infections such as sepsis, or opportunistic infections (infections that occur more frequently and more severely in people with a weak immune system).
- If you have any kind of liver disease.
- If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

- You think you have an infection or have symptoms of an infection such as fever, sweating, chills, muscle pain, cough, difficulty breathing, weight loss, warm or red or painful skin or sores on your body, difficulty or pain when swallowing, diarrhoea, stomach pain, burning when you urinate or urinating more often than normal, feeling very tired....
- You already are taking medicines for any kind of infection or have infections that keep coming back.
- You have any condition that increases your chance of infection (diabetes, weak immune system).
- You have or have a history of tuberculosis or have been in close contact with someone with tuberculosis.
- You have any kind of lung disease, liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol).
- You have or had hepatitis B or hepatitis C (viruses that affect the liver).
- You are older than 65 years.
- You currently smoke or used to smoke in the past.
- You have any type of cancer.
- You have had diverticulitis (a type of inflammation of the large intestine) or ulcers in the stomach or intestines.
- You are planning to get vaccinated soon.

- Take this medicine as a whole with sufficient water.
- Always take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
- Do not consume more than the prescribed dose.
- Do not discontinue the medicine on your own without consulting your doctor.

Interactions with other medicines

- Tfct-Nib tablet when given along with rifampicin decreases the level of Tfct-Nib tablet in the body.
- Care should be taken when the Tfct-Nib tablet is administered along with medicines like fluconazole, tacrolimus, and cyclosporine.
