Tenovate M cream is used to treat various types of skin infections. It is a combination medicine containing clobetasol and miconazole. It is meant for external application only and should be applied exactly as recommended by your doctor. You may experience some application site reactions after applying Tenovate M cream, but they normally fade away with time. Most of them are temporary, but if you feel the side effects persist or your condition worsens, you should contact your doctor immediately.

- If you are allergic to Clobetasol, Miconazole or any of the ingredients in Tenovate M cream.
- If you have acne, an infection on the face, mouth, private parts, etc.
- If you have any untreated skin infection or skin thinning problem.

- You should avoid getting any cream into your eyes, eyelids, nose, mouth, open wounds, etc. In case of such an exposure, you should wash the affected part thoroughly with water.
- You are also applying other topical medicines (cream, ointment, lotion, etc).
- You do not notice any improvement in your condition after applying this medicine for a week.
- In case your eyes come in contact with this cream, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
- Do not use this medicine for any condition other than prescribed by the doctor.
- Do not apply Tenovate M cream for a prolonged duration on a larger skin area or more than the prescribed duration.
- Do not stop using this medicine before you complete the treatment.

- Tenovate M cream works by the combined action of its components - Clobetasol and Miconazole.
