Telvas-3D tablet is a blood pressure reducing medicine. It contains a combination of amlodipine, telmisartan, and hydrochlorothiazide as active substances. Telvas-3D tablet is used to treat high bloo

d pressure. While taking this medicine you should be cautious of your diet and should also exercise regularly. Take this medicine in the exact doses and duration as prescribed by the doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Do not miss any dose or take more than the recommended dose. Telvas-3D tablet is used for the treatment of high blood pressure.

Contraindications of Telvas 3d Strip Of 10 Tablets

If you are allergic to Amlodipine, Telmisartan, Hydrochlorothiazide or any other ingredients of Telvas-3D tablet.
If you have low blood pressure.
If you have problems with your liver or kidney.
If you suffer from any heart conditions like shock, irregular heartbeats, heart attack, low pulse or heart output, etc.
If you have diabetes or some kidney issues and are taking medicines containing aliskiren to treat your high blood pressure.
If you are pregnant for more than 3 months.
If you have low potassium, low sodium, high calcium or high uric acid levels in your blood.

Breast Feeding

Can I take Telvas-3D tablet while breastfeeding?

Components of Telvas-3D tablet pass into breast milk and may cause harm to the unborn baby. Hence, it is not recommended for use while breastfeeding. Your doctor may suggest an alternative medicine, especially when you are breastfeeding a newborn or premature baby.

Driving

Mode of Action of Telvas 3d Strip Of 10 Tablets

How Does It Work?

Telvas-3D tablet works by the combined action of all its active components - amlodipine, telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide.
Amlodipine and Telmisartan work by blocking a substance in the body that causes the blood vessels to tighten, relaxing blood vessels and allowing the blood to flow easily.
Hydrochlorothiazide works by helping the body get rid of extra fluid or water through urine, eventually lowering your blood pressure.

Directions for Use of Telvas 3d Strip Of 10 Tablets

Telvas-3D tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
Swallow it whole with a glass of water.
Do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
It can be taken with or without food.
It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
