• Pain relief for adults with moderate to severe acute pain.

• Allergy-
• If you are allergic to any ingredient (active or passive), don't take it.
• Severe asthma or respiratory issues.
• who are receiving Inhibitors of monoamine oxidase or have taken them in the last 14 days.
• Obstruction of the gastrointestinal tract.
• Liver disease.

• Most of the side effects are minor and will go away as your body adjusts to the medication. See your doctor if they don't go away or you're concerned about them.
• Tapal's most common side effects:
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Vomiting
• Sleepiness

Other General Warnings

• Do not take Tapal-ER-50 Tablet for longer than recommended because your body may get dependent on it if you take it too often.

• Take the whole tablet in at once. It should not be chewed, crushed, or broken.
• Tapal-ER 50 Tablet can be taken with or without food.

Interactions with other medicines

• Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken, or may take any other medications. Your doctor will advise you as to which medications are compatible with the Tapal-ER-50 Tablet. Concurrent use of Tapal-ER-50 Tablet and sedative medicines such as benzodiazepines or related drugs (certain sleeping pills or tranquillisers (e.g. barbiturates) or pain relievers such as opioids, morphine, and codeine (also as cough medicine), antipsychotics, H1-antihistamines, and alcohol) increases the risk of drowsiness, breathing difficulties (respiratory depression), coma, and could even be life-threatening.
