Supracal Tablet is a combination of calcium citrate, vitamin D3, magnesium, and zinc. During pregnancy, it helps meet the increasing calcium demand. For bone and joint health, it helps manage low back pain, osteopenia, and osteoporosis.
It contains Calcium Citrate, a highly absorbable, stomach-friendly form of calcium that does not cause acidity or bloating. Unlike Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Citrate can be taken with or without food and is suitable for individuals using antacids or PPIs. Additionally, Magnesium and Zinc in Supracal are essential for bone formation and muscle function.
Take the tablet as advised by your doctor. Along with taking this supplement, you should also have a balanced diet rich in calcium, iron, zinc and Vitamin D.
