Spasmo Proxyvon injection is used to treat the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. It contains dicyclomine as the active substance that works by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and intestine. S

pasmo proxyvon injection should not be used in infants less than 6 months of age. This injection will be given to you by your doctor or nurse. Do not self-inject this medicine. Do not breastfeed if you are taking Spasmo proxyvon injection.

If you are allergic to dicyclomine or any other ingredient of Spasmo proxyvon injection.
If you are breastfeeding or in infants less than 6 months of age.
If you have a condition like glaucoma or myasthenia gravis.
If you had or have a stroke.
If you have difficulty passing urine due to blockage in your urinary tract.
If you have a blockage in your stomach or intestine.
If you have ulcers in your large intestine.
If you have inflammation of the food pipe.

Spasmo proxyvon injection counteracts the effect of antiglaucoma medicines (latanoprost, travoprost).
Spasmo proxyvon injection may cause an increase in the side effects if you are taking medicines with anticholinergic activity (quinidine, amantadine, phenothiazine, meperidine).
Particular care should be taken if you are taking medicines for gastrointestinal motility (metoclopramide), heartburn (sodium bicarbonate, magnesium trisilicate), heart failure (digoxin).
