- Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic medicine that blocks certain proteins in the body that are responsible for causing itching, headache, redness of the skin, low blood pressure and pain.
- Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant. It works by reducing the swelling of blood vessels of nasal passage by constricting the blood vessels and thereby relieving nasal congestion or blockage.
- Sodium citrate liquifies the mucous and helps in its expulsion thereby clearing congestion.
