nction in men. Erectile dysfunction is a condition in which the inability to maintain a penile erection for satisfactory sexual performance is seen. It can be due to certain medical conditions or stress, anxiety and depression. It increases the blood flow to the penis and helps in erection during sexual stimulation. Sildaprep tablet is a prescription medicine, and it is to be taken exactly as suggested by the physician. The medicine should not be taken in more than prescribed amounts. The physician should be consulted immediately if the patient experiences any side effects, the condition worsens or allergic side effects. Interactions with other medicines
- Interaction with nitrate-containing medicines such as nitroglycerine and isosorbide can lower blood pressure and lead to cardiovascular collapse (severe decrease in blood pressure due to dysfunction in the heart)....
- Interaction with antifungal medicines like itraconazole and ketoconazole, which are considered strong inhibitors of CYP3A4, can reduce the clearance of Sildaprep tablets.
- Interaction with medicines that can interfere with homeostasis, like aspirin, can increase the risk of bleeding.
