Sertima 50 MG Description

Sertima tablet is a prescription medication used for treating psychological conditions such as major depressive disorder, anxiety-related uses, panic disorders, etc. It has Sertraline as its only act

ive ingredient. It is an antidepressant medication. Managing symptoms of depression before menstruation, social anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) are other uses of Sertima tablets. Depression and other mood disorders affect the behaviour, thought process and lower the quality of life. Sertima tablets help treat depression, mood disorders, anxiety, panic disorders, and other neurological illnesses. It calms excitable nerve cells in the brain and improves mood and memory. There are also many side effects of Sertima tablets, so the medicine must be carefully monitored. Do not change the dosage without consulting your doctor. Also, try not to stop using this medication abruptly. Instead, the dose should be tapered slowly; otherwise, it can lead to unwanted withdrawal symptoms, such as restlessness, palpitations, sleep disturbances, anxiety, etc. Try to take the Sertima tablet in the exact dosage and at the same time every day. This medicine can also cause dependency in some people. Sertima tablet also increases suicidal behaviour in young adults and children.
