- Rosuvastatin works by inhibiting or blocking an enzyme which is needed in the body to make cholesterol, reducing the bad cholesterol and increasing the good cholesterol in the blood.

- Rozutin Ap Capsule must not be used alongside methotrexate (used in cancer treatment) as it could be harmful when used together. Avoid taking this capsule with fusidic acid (a medication for bacterial infections), as simultaneous treatment can lead to serious muscle problems....
- You may be at an increased risk of muscle damage or severe side effects if taken with cyclosporine, gemfibrozil, fenofibrate, tacrolimus, or ezetimibe. Therefore, caution is advised.
