Rollosert 50 mg tablet is a prescription antidepressant medication. The active ingredient in Rollosert 50 mg tablets is sertraline. This medicine is used to manage various conditions, including major

depressive disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, as well as premenstrual dysphoric depression (PMS), social anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Depression is a mood disorder that is characterised by symptoms of persistent sadness, loneliness, anger, etc. The mode of action of Rollosert tablets is by calming overworked nerves in the brain and improving mood and memory. Directions for use of Rollosert tablets should be strictly followed. This medicine should be taken at a fixed time every day to ensure a stable level of medication in the body. The course of treatment should be completed before stopping. Abrupt discontinuation of Rollosert tablets is not advised. The doctor will gradually decrease the dosage before stopping the medicine to avoid withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, palpitations, sleep disturbances, anxiety, etc. The doctor should be informed about the user’s medical history and current medications to check for interaction issues. Contraindications of Rollosert 50 MG

Do not take Rollosert 50 mg tablets or use caution:
If you have any known hypersensitive reaction to sertraline. Rollosert 50 mg tablet can cause itching, rashes, swelling (of the face, eyes, lips, throat), difficulty breathing, and other allergies
If you have a history of alcohol addiction or substance abuse
If you have a mild liver condition, Rollosert 50 mg tablets should be approached with caution. It is not recommended in persons with end-stage liver disease
If you have suicidal thoughts or engaging in self-harm
If you are a child or adolescent under 18, Rollosert 50 mg tablet is prescribed ONLY in cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
