How Does It Work?
Chlorphenamine is an H-1 antihistamine with anticholinergic property that relieves sneezing and runny nose. Acetaminophen works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis reducing inflammation. Phenylephrine is an alpha-adrenergic receptor agonist that relieves inflammation and fever....

Interactions of Retherma Ac Mint Flavour Bottle Of 60ml Suspension
Interactions with other medicines
- Chlorphenamine may lead to phenytoin toxicity by inhibiting phenytoin metabolism
- Chlorphenamine and hypnotics or anxiolytics may cause drowsiness
- The blood pressure is increased when oxytocin, atropine, angiotension, steroids are given with phenylephrine
- The blood pressure is decreased when nifedipine, alpha-adrenergic antagonists are given with phenylephrine
- Domperidone increases the absorption of acetaminophen
- Acetaminophen increases the effects of anticoagulants
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Retherma AC Suspension
