Medical Description
Qril LS oral liquid is a combination medicine used for cough with mucus, when thick phlegm blocks the airways and makes breathing difficult. It contains ambroxol, guaiphenesin and levosalbutamol. Ambroxol and guaiphenesin loosen mucus, while levosalbutamol relaxes tightened airway muscles so air can move more freely. Qril LS oral liquid is used by mouth with the marked dropper supplied with the pack, with or without food as advised by a doctor. It is intended for a mucus-producing cough rather than a dry cough unless a doctor advises otherwise.
Uses
- Cough with mucus: Ambroxol and guaiphenesin loosen sticky phlegm so it can be cleared more easily, while levosalbutamol helps open narrowed airways.
