Pulmoclear Strip Of 10 Tablets
Medical Description
Pulmoclear tablet is used to treat coughing, congestion, and blockage in the airways and respiratory tract in adult patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma symptoms. The active ingredients in Pulmoclear tablets are acebrophylline and acetylcysteine. Acebrophylline is a bronchodilator that relaxes the airways and improves breathing, while acetylcysteine is a mucolytic that helps to loosen and clear the cough.
Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration your doctor directs. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not take more than the prescribed dose. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. AB Phylline N, Broclear tablet, Mucinac AB tablet, Acebcystein tablet and Abiways tablet are some other medicines with a combination of acebrophylline and acetylcysteine.
Pulmoclear Tablet may cause some common side effects such as dizziness, headache, stomach discomfort, nausea, and vomiting. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, it is recommended to consult your doctor. Before beginning treatment with this medicine, inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a complete medical history. Also, inform your doctor about all other medicines and supplements you take.

Contraindications of PULMOCLEAR STRIP OF 10 TABLETS
- If you are allergic to acebrophylline, acetylcysteine, or any other ingredients of Pulmoclear tablets.
- If you have a heart failure problem, low blood pressure, unstable blood pressure, or irregular heartbeats
- If you have liver or kidney problems.
- This medicine should not be used in patients below 18 years of age.
- Any other condition in which the use of acebrophylline or acetylcysteine when taken alone is contraindicated.

- Pulmoclear does not work immediately and should not be used to treat sudden breathing problems. To control sudden breathing difficulty, use your rescue inhaler.
- Your doctor will decide the dosage and treatment duration based on your age, weight, and medical condition. Do not discontinue Pulmoclear tablet once your symptoms improve without consulting your doctor....
- This medicine should not be used in patients below 18 years of age.

Overdose
- The symptoms of an overdose of Pulmoclear tablets are nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, increased heartbeat and fits.
- In case of an overdose, contact your doctor immediately or visit the nearest hospital.
Missed a Dose
- In case you have missed any dose of Pulmoclear tablet, take it as soon as you remember.
- If it's time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dose schedule.
- Do not take a double dose of medicine to compensate for the missed one.

Interactions with other medicines
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements, or herbals you are taking to avoid any possible interaction.
- Especially if you are taking medicines to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, high/abnormal cholesterol levels, blood thinners, anti-infectives, anti-diabetics, anti-asthmatics, pain killers, immunomodulatory medicines or medicines for brain-related disorders....
- Steroids and Diuretics (water pills) can decrease potassium levels when used along with such medicine. Cough suppressants should not be used at the same time while using this medicine.
