Contraindications
- If you are allergic to acebrophylline, acetylcysteine or any other ingredients of Mucinac AB tablet.
- If you have any heart-related conditions such as heart failure problems, low blood pressure, angina or irregular rhythm.
- If you have any liver or kidney-related problems.
- It should not be used in patients below 18 years of age.

How Does It Work?
- Acebrophylline works by three different mechanisms, it regulates the amount of mucous produced in airways, relaxes the muscles of airways. It also has anti-inflammatory actions that help in reducing inflammation, a key factor in airway obstruction.
- Acetylcysteine breaks down and loosens thick phlegm, making it easy to cough out. This clears the airway making breathing easier.

- Some medicines can affect the way this tablet works or the Mucinac AB tablet itself can affect the action of other medicines taken at the same time.
- Tell your doctor about all the medicines, herbals or supplements you have recently taken, currently taking or might take.
- Especially if you are taking steroids and diuretics (water pills), blood pressure-lowering medicines, anti-infectives, medicines to treat acidity and muscle relaxants.
- Cough suppressants should not be used at the same time while using this tablet.
