PROLICAL PLUS TABLETS 10'S is used as a bone joint supplement that helps in improving bone health. It contains ingredients like calcium carbonate, vitamin D3, vitamin K, methylcobalamin, L-Methylfolate calcium, pyridoxal 5 Phosphate. All these ingredients help as a supplement for healthy formation and building strength in the bones. It helps strengthen bones and improve and maintain bone mineral density (BMD) and bone health. PROLICAL PLUS TABLETS 10'S would help elderly patients and at-risk patients to decrease the risk of breaking bones. It should be taken as suggested by the doctor, preferably after having your meal.

You are allergic to vitamin D, calcium, vitamin K, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin B6 or any other ingredients of Prolical Plus tablet. You have a high level of calcium or vitamin D in the blood, a high level of calcium in urine, kidney stones or are bedridden. You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicines, supplements or herbal remedies. You have any kind of medical condition such as kidney or liver disorder, high cholesterol level, immune disorder, heart or blood vessels related disease, etc. You are suffering from certain bowel diseases. You have a low level of bile, as it may lead to fat malabsorption and impair the absorption of Vitamin K You have any planned surgery or operation. You may be asked to stop taking these products at least 2-3 weeks ahead of the procedure. Dietary supplements are intended to supplement the diets of some people and should not be a substitute for a well-balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Directions for Use

Prolical Plus tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not cut, break or chew the medicine. It would be best if you take it at a fixed time for optimal results. You should not consume more than that prescribed by your doctor.

Prolical Plus tablets contain calcium, vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol /Cholecalciferol), vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin B9, and vitamin K.
Calcium is one of the most abundant minerals in the body which is essential for critical metabolic functions. It is necessary for the normal functioning of nerves, cells, muscles and bone. If there is not enough calcium in the blood, then the body will take calcium from bones, thereby weakening bones. Calcium supplementation along with Vitamin D has been shown to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and osteomalacia.
Vitamin D3 stimulates DNA to produce transport protein. These proteins bind to calcium and phosphorus and increase absorption via the small intestine. It also increases blood levels of calcium & phosphorus and promotes them in bones.
Vitamin K2 helps increase the amount of calcium deposited in bones and helps build bone density. Vitamin D and K2-7 work together to strengthen our bones and teeth and improve our heart health.
Vitamin B12 is important for maintaining bone mineral density. A low level of vitamin B12 is associated with an increased risk of fractures and low bone density.
Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate- is a form of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) used to prevent or treat vitamin B6 deficiency. It is essential for proper cellular function.
L-Methylfolate calcium- is an active form of folic acid which required for the formation of red blood cells, repairing DNA and supporting immune functions.
