Paxonil Ls is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of Depression, Anxiety disorder and Panic disorders (sudden or unexpected attacks of extreme fear and worry). Depression is a mood disorde

r characterised by an episode of sadness, mood swings, loss of interest, hopelessness etc. At the same time, Anxiety disorder is characterised by episodes of excessive fear, worry and nervousness. Paxonil Ls is a combination of two medicine Paroxetine and Clonazepam. This combination of medicine increases serotonin levels in the brain and reduces the nerve cells' abnormal activity in the brain. Serotonin is a natural chemical messenger responsible for controlling behavioural processes such as mood, fear, anger, appetite, memory etc. The dose of Paxonil Ls should be taken as advised by your doctor. There are some side effects associated with this medicine, so it is advised to take it after the doctor’s consultation. This medicine may cause physical dependence if used for a long duration or in people who have a history of addiction. So, the dosage must be carefully monitored.
