Medical Description
Panket Dry powder for injection is used to reduce excess stomach acid in acid reflux, peptic ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It contains pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, meaning it blocks the stomach pump that releases acid. Lowering acid can relieve heartburn and support healing of irritated food-pipe tissue and ulcers. Panket injection is given into a vein by a doctor or nurse in a hospital or clinic when this route is medically appropriate. It is not self-administered.
