Directions for Use of Numlo Tm 5mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
- Numlo Tm tablet should be taken as directed by the physician
- Do not break the tablet; instead, swallow it whole with a glass of water
- Do not take this medication except under medical supervision
Interactions of Numlo Tm 5mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of amlodipine with CYP34A inhibitors may increase the amlodipine exposure resulting in an increased risk of hypotension
- Concomitant use of CYP3A4 inducers may fluctuate the plasma concentration of amlodipine
- Co-administration of amlodipine with tacrolimus may increase its tacrolimus blood levels
- Potassium-sparing diuretics when used with telmisartan may lead to a significant increase in serum potassium
- Concomitant use of lithium with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors may lead to an increase in serum lithium concentration
- NSAIDs, when taken with hypertensives, may reduce their antihypertensive effect
- Volume depletion may result if prior treatment with a high dose of diuretics were done before initiating therapy with telmisartan
- Co-administration of corticosteroids with antihypertensives may reduce the antihypertensive effect
