Description
Nexovas Ch tablet is a combination medication used to lower blood pressure. It contains cilnidipine and chlorthalidone as active ingredients and is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).
Nexovas Ch tablet works by relaxing blood vessels, which helps to reduce blood pressure. Chlorthalidone belongs to the diuretic class of medications and can be used alone or in combination with other drugs to treat high blood pressure. This medication lowers elevated blood pressure by increasing the excretion of water and sodium from the body through urine.

Uses
- For the treatment of high blood pressure
- It is also employed as a supportive measure to alleviate swelling resulting from fluid accumulation in the body, whether due to heart disease, liver disease, or kidney disease.
Contraindications
- If you are allergic to chlorthalidone, cilnidipine or any other ingredients of Nexovas Ch tablet.
- If your urine output in 24 hours is very low (less than 100ml).
