Nerwin GT tablet contains gabapentin and methylcobalamin as the main ingredient. It is used in the treatment of neuropathic pain. This tablet relieves pain by changing the way the body senses pain. T

his medicine is only available on a doctor's prescription and should be taken at a dose and for a duration prescribed by the doctor. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you are allergic to any ingredients or if you have bleeding disorders or other health problems. Common side effects include drowsiness, weakness, dizziness, headache, and anxiety. If these effects persist or worsen, seek medical help immediately.

Interactions with other medicines

Concomitant use of hydrocodone decreases blood levels of hydrocodone
Concomitant use of morphine increase blood levels of gabapentin
Concomitant use of cimetidine or probenecid alters renal excretion of gabapentin
Concomitant use of norethindrone increases blood levels of norethindrone
Concomitant use of tetracycline alters with the absorption of methylcobalamin
Concomitant use of chemotherapy medicines reduces blood levels of methylcobalamin

Store the product in its original package

Do not use the medicine after expiry date

Dosage of Nerwin Gt Tablets

Overdose

Overdose can cause double vision, slurred speech, drowsiness, tiredness, or diarrhoea. Contact your doctor or reach out to the nearest hospital immediately, in case of an overdose.

Missed a Dose

Missed dose should be taken as soon as realised. But if you remember about the missed dose near the time of second dose, take next dose only. Avoid doubling your dose.
