Montair LC Kid syrup is a medication used to treat and manage allergic rhinitis symptoms in children. These symptoms may include a runny or stuffy nose, airway blockages, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and other allergic reactions. The syrup contains montelukast and levocetirizine as its active ingredients, which work by blocking the production of chemicals responsible for producing allergy symptoms.

Contraindications
- If your child is allergic to levocetirizine, cetirizine, montelukast or any of the ingredients of Montair LC Kid syrup.
- If your child has kidney problems.
- If your child is unable to digest lactose and glucose (galactose intolerance).

Other General Warnings
- Your child is taking medicines for allergies (corticosteroids) like Prednisone and Prednisolone.
- Your child is already taking painkillers like aspirin, as it can increase the risk of asthma.
- Your child develops a rash or has difficulty breathing.
- Your child is suffering from a genetic disorder called phenylketonuria.
- Your child is not able to empty the bladder completely.
Directions for Use
- Give Montair LC Kid syrup to your child as prescribed by the doctor, preferably after meals.
- Use a proper measuring cup or spoon for the exact quantity.
- Shake well before use and read the instructions on the bottle before use.

- Montair LC Kid syrup contains levocetirizine and montelukast. Any interaction seen with any of these two components when taken alone may occur with this combination, too.
- Medicines like Rifampicin (used to treat tuberculosis), Phenytoin (used to treat fits or epilepsy), and Phenobarbital (used to treat anxiety or sleeplessness; also called CNS depressants) should be used with caution along with Montair LC Kid syrup.
