Interactions with other medicines
- Taking Mirnite Mel tablets and other antidepressant medications such as linezolid, diazepam, fluoxetine, etc., can cause severe reactions
- Using high doses of opioid painkillers, such as tramadol, with Mirnite Mel tablets can cause extreme drowsiness and other side effects
- Combining Mirnite Mel tablets with blood thinners like aspirin, warfarin, etc., can increase the risk of abnormal bleeding. Monitor INR (test for bleeding) while using them
- Inform your doctor if you are using certain antibiotics, HIV medicines, etc., before starting your Mirnite Mel regime
- Cimetidine can increase the levels of Mirnite Mel tablets and cause side effects
- Mirnite Mel tablets can interact with many other medicines. Inform your doctor of all current treatments and medication before taking Mirnite Mel tablets
