Librium tablet is used to treat anxiety, muscle spasm and to relieve symptoms of sudden alcohol withdrawal. It contains chlordiazepoxide as its active ingredient that belongs to a class of benzodiaze

pine. This medicine is not recommended to use in children. Your doctor will consider your condition and accordingly, the dose and duration will be decided. This medicine is not recommended for long term use. Please do not modify the dose or stop it before the prescribed duration, even if you feel better. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history including all the medicines you are currently taking.
